Join us, Mark & Isa, on Friday, Summer evening at our beautiful, NEW Olltorf studio for a healing practice that will reset your nervous system and soothe your spirit and ease the soul. We will sit together and do various breath practices and mantra. During and Following each breath practice Isa will join in with guitar and sharing her voice with indigenous medicine music (icaros and other medicine songs). We'll build an altar to honor the space and to acknowledge all beings here with us, those that came before us, and those that will come after. Evening will commence with an extended Gong/Bowl/Sound Meditation by Mark. Come ready to receive and share.
