A series for new or returning students to focus on the fundamentals of yoga in a safe and engaging learning environment. Students learn yogic breathing, common yoga postures, and relaxation techniques to help them transition into public studio classes or refine their practice.
3 Week Series - 2.5 hours per session
Week 1 - Introduction, Breath, Foundation and Bandas & Sun Salutation A + B (variations)
Week 2 - Common Standing and Balancing postures
Week 3 - Seated Postures and Heart Openers
