Women's Retreat w/Erinn, Attune: Restore + Reconnect

Saturday, JANUARY 17, 2026

1pm - 5 pm
Hosted at Sukha Yoga Oltorf

You matter, your wellbeing matters!
It’s an honor to welcome you to an intimate gathering of restoring your nervous system + reconnecting with yourself.

Why attune?

Attunement is the ongoing practice of being in honest, compassionate contact with your inner world as you move through the inevitable changes of your life.

Attuning is the pause to sense what’s happening beneath the surface - your emotions, your needs, your limits, your longings -and respond with clarity instead of self-abandonment.

Attunement can look like-

Listening inward without criticism or urgency.

Letting your body’s cues matter - fatigue, hunger, intuition, tension, desire.

Allowing life transitions to shape you rather than harden you.

Recognizing when you need rest, support, courage, space, or truth.

Relating to yourself with warmth instead of pressure.

As life shifts relationships, identity, aging, career, grief, hormones, family dynamics - attunement becomes your anchor. It lets you stay connected to your deeper self so you can make choices from steadiness rather than fear, from alignment rather than old patterns, from self-respect rather than self-erasure.
